The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) intends to issue a Single Source Cooperative Agreement Award without competition to the National Environmental Education Foundation (NEEF) to provide funds to Hands on the Land (HOL) projects. This opportunity offered under the authority of the Powers and Duties of the Secretary of the Interior (16 USC 460 Section 460 l 1(d) and (f).
