Action: The Maritime Administration (MARAD) Office of Environment is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) for projects that demonstrate criteria air pollutant or greenhouse gas emissions reductions, and/or energy savings from marine vessels through either vessel repowering or the use of energy conservation technologies or measures.(See the attached Full Description)
