To support the National Tuberculosis Control Program (NTP) to implement high quality TB and HIV programs, to strengthen TB and MDR-TB diagnosis capacity (clinical and laboratory testing), improve HIV testing and counseling for TB patients, enhance linkages between TB and HIV programs, and strengthen TB surveillance and M&E system
