Description
The purpose of this funding opportunity announcement is to strengthen the capacity of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health to provide sustainable evidence-based effective HIV/AIDS prevention, care and treatment services. As HIV/AIDS prevention, care, and treatment services become more integrated within the health system in Ho Chi Minh City this Cooperative Agreement will enable a more robust technical engagement in PMTCT and maternal health sector, tuberculosis and other infectious disease priorities, laboratory services, health insurance implementation, and long-term technical assistance capacity of Ho Chi Minh City. This announcement would provide support for planning, coordination, monitoring, and evaluation of provincial HIV/AIDS -related activities and other infectious diseases priorities and it intends to build on the existing strong partnerships between CDC and the Government of Vietnam.
