This is an announcement for issuing a single source financial assistance award to Government of Canada, Environment of Canada Canadian Wildlife Services. This announcement is for notification purposes only. The intent of the award is Tracking Movements of Threatened Migratory rufa Red Knots. This award is made under the authority of Fish and Wildlife Act of 1956, as amended, 16 U.S.C. 742a-754; Migratory Bird Treaty Act, 16 U.S.C. 703 -712; and Fish and Wildlife Conservation Act, 16 U.S.C. 2901-2911.
