This posting is to provide public notice of the NPS' intention to fund the following project activities without full and open competition: Task Agreement P16AC01641 under Cooperative Agreement P14AC00749 with the Colorado State University, a partner under the Rocky Mountains Cooperative Ecosystem Studies Unit, for the project titled, "Predict Condor Range Expansion to Reduce Development Threats."
