This Funding Announcement is not a request for applications. No additional applications will be accepted. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) is proposing a collaborative effort to build a decision support framework for the conservation and management of terrestrial species in the southeast. This financial assistance opportunity is being issued through a cooperative agreement. Statutory authority: Endangered Species Act of 1973 (16 U.S.C. 1531-1544, 87 Stat. 884); The National Wildlife Refuge System Improvement Act of 1997 (P.L. 105-57); Migratory Bird Treaty Act of 1918, as amended (16 U.S.C 703-712).; Fish and Wildlife Conservation Act (16 U.S.C. 2901-2911; 94 Stat. 1322); The Fish and Wildlife Act of 1956 (16 U.S.C. 742a-742j, not including 742 d-1; Stat. 1119), as amended.; CFDA# 15.670 â¿¿ Adaptive Science.
