Description
The purpose of this funding announcement is to continue to build a sustainable national response to address the needs of orphans and vulnerable children (OVC) and their families and others affected by HIV-AIDS. The National Orphan and Vulnerable Children Program (PNOEV), the division within the Ministry for the Promotion of Women, Family, and Child Protection (MPWFCP) is responsible for implementing the national OVC program, has the official role of coordinating, developing guidelines, tracking results and assuring the quality of national support to children orphaned or made vulnerable because of HIV in Cote d’Ivoire.
