Notice of Intent to award a Cooperative Agreement to the University of Minnesota in support of their project entitled "Framework and Guidance for Valuing Ecosystem Services in the Federal Government". The main objective of this project is to examine ecosystem service valuation methods and to develop proposed technical guidance on effective use of valuation methods.
