Notice of Intent to award a cooperative agreement to Portland State University in support of their project entitled "Evaluating Principles to Guide Comprehensive Assessment of Ecosystem Service Values". The main objective of this project is to develop guidance for the implementation of an ecosystem services valuation framework by federal resource management agencies.
