Description

This project is a cooperative effort between Integral Ecology Research Center, California Department of Fish and Wildlife â¿¿ Wildlife Investigations Lab, and Hoopa Tribal Forestry. Identification of and safe access to trespass grow sites requires the cooperation of law enforcement from numerous federal agencies (U. S. Forest Service, Bureau of Land Management, National Park Service, Federal Drug Task Force and individual county law enforcement entities in Humboldt, Trinity, Del Norte, Siskiyou, Shasta, Mendocino, or Tehama Counties. The Yreka Fish and Wildlife Office will have no substantial involvement. The expected period of performance is October 1, 2016 through December 31, 2017 This award is made under the Authority of Fish and Wildlife Act of 1956, as amended, 16 U.S.C. 742a-742j.
