The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) intends to issue an amendment to a Single Source cooperative agreement award without competition to the Ithaca Children's Garden (ICG)to support the Hands On Nature Anarchy Zone (HONAZ) project. This opportunity offered under the authority of the Powers and Duties of the Secretary of the Interior (16 USC 460 Section 460 l 1(d) and (f).
