United States Department of the Interior, National Park Service (NPS) Notice of Intent to Award. This is not a request for applications. This posting is to provide public notice of the NPS' intention to fund the following project activities without full and open competition: Task Agreement P16AC01770 under Cooperative Agreement P13AC00676 with the Regents of the University of California, Berkeley, a partner under the Californian Cooperative Ecosystem Studies Unit, for the project titled, "Catalog, Preserve, and Digitize Dr. Robert Allen's Port Chicago and Civil Rights Archive and Oral History Collection."
