This announcement solicits applications for the National Genetics Education and Family Support Center to: 1) improve family engagement for individuals and families who have, or at-risk of having, a genetic condition; 2) provide support for such individuals and families; 3) provide education and resources on genetic conditions; and 4) link individuals and families to services, especially those in underserved areas.
