The Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor (DRL) announces an open competition for organizations interested in submitting applications for a program that will advance an integrated, intersectional approach to advancing the human rights of women and girls; persons with disabilities, and; LGBTI persons.

  • Nonprofits without 501(c)(3) status (other than higher education)
  • Private institutions of higher education
  • Small businesses
