The Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor (DRL) announces an open competition for organizations interested in submitting applications for programs intended to increase respect for human rights and to combat structural forms of stigma, discrimination, and violence that impacts persons with albinism in Tanzania.

• Nonprofits without 501(c)(3) status (other than higher education)
• Private institutions of higher education
• For-profit organizations other than small businesses
