The purpose of this funding opportunity announcement (FOA) is to solicit bi-phasic research applications to support translational research focused on development of Multipurpose Prevention Technologies (MPTs) for prevention of sexually transmitted infections (STIs), human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and/or unintended pregnancy. Applications must employ strategies that further the prevention of two or more STIs, an STI and Human Immunodeficiency Virus, or an STI and unintended pregnancies.
