The Improving Outcomes for Child and Youth Victims of Human Trafficking: A Jurisdiction-wide Approach solicitation will seek applications from states to develop, enhance, and coordinate programs and activities geared toward improving outcomes for child and youth victims of sex and labor trafficking. The purpose of this grant is to identify a state’s greatest challenges in addressing trafficking of children and youth, and to encourage the development of a state-wide strategy.
