Description
The NIH Research Education Program (R25) supports research education activities in the mission areas of the NIH. The over-arching goal of this NIMH R25 program is to support educational activities that will help recruit and retain individuals with specific specialty or disciplinary backgrounds to research careers in biomedical, behavioral and clinical sciences.

- Nonprofits with 501(c)(3) status (other than higher education)
- Nonprofits without 501(c)(3) status (other than higher education)
- Private institutions of higher education
- For-profit organizations other than small businesses
