There is no effect to the content of the FOA. --- The Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE) is issuing, on behalf of the Vehicle Technologies Office (VTO), this Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) entitled “Fiscal Year (FY) 2017 Vehicle Technologies Deployment Funding Opportunity Announcement.” This FOA supports a broad portfolio of advanced highway transportation technologies that reduce petroleum consumption and improve energy efficiency while meeting or exceeding performance and cost expectations. VTO seeks projects that catalyze the deployment of alternative fuels and energy efficient “smart” mobility systems through two (2) Areas of Interest (AOIs) – one seeking highly-leveraged, community-based alternative fuel vehicle (AFV) deployment projects, and another for “living lab” deployments of energy efficient “smart” mobility systems ------------------------------------------------ The full Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) is posted on the EERE eXCHANGE website at https://eere-exchange.energy.gov. Applications must be submitted through the EERE eXCHANGE website to be considered for award. The applicant must first register and create an account on the EERE eXCHANGE website.
