This FOA supports demonstration projects by state and local health departments to use molecular HIV surveillance data (i.e., HIV sequences) to pinpoint networks that include Hispanic/Latino MSM in which active HIV transmission is occurring and deliver a combination of high-impact HIV prevention services to persons in the networks.
