Description

Proposed activities should primarily support Malian refugees in Burkina Faso, Mauritania, or Niger; Nigerian refugees in Niger; and/or refugee returnees in Mali, Cote d'Ivoire, or Senegal, as outlined below. Because of PRM's mandate to provide protection, assistance, and sustainable solutions for refugees and victims of conflict, for Burkina Faso, Mauritania, or Niger, PRM will consider funding only those projects that include a target beneficiary base of at least 50 percent refugees. If programming in Mali, Cote d'Ivoire, or Senegal, at least 50 percent of the beneficiaries must be refugee returnees.
