The U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights and Labor (DRL) announces an open competition for organizations interested in submitting applications for projects that focus on improving evaluation skills and/or documenting evaluative evidence related to the improvement of democracy, human rights and labor programs overseas. Funding is contingent upon front office approval.
