The Association of Retired Fish and Wildlife Service Employees submitted an unsolicited proposal to continue supporting the USFWS Youth Initiative and youth programs and events by coordinating speakers and presenters, providing mentoring, and supporting Friends Groups and field offices conducting programs for youth on conservation careers and leadership.
