Dear Interested Applicants: The purpose of this Amendment No. 2 is to I. Clarify the selection and award process. II. Add language to section C: ELIGIBILITY INFORMATION. III. Provide answers to questions received via email by the stated deadline of March 15, 2017 as well as the questions asking during the pre-applicant conference held in Skopje, Macedonia on March 17, 2017. IV. Provide the USAID Policy on Standards for Accessibility for the Disabled in USAID-Financed Construction. V. Provide the budget template in MS Excel and a template for budget notes in MS Word. The deadline for submission of applications remains 15:00 local Skopje Time on April 10, 2017. All other terms and conditions of the original RFA remain unchanged.
