Description

Project Summary â¿¿ The cultural landscape restoration crew will focus on removal and chipping of encroaching vegetation along approximately 24 miles of carriage trails within the Moses Cone Memorial Park. The Cone carriage trails are listed on the National Historical Register and removal of this vegetation will improve visitor experience, restore the cultural landscape and make maintenance of the carriage bed and drainage structures more accessible to equipment and NPS personnel.
