Description
The purpose of this funding opportunity announcement (FOA) is to invite applications to support innovative preclinical research to identify Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb)-mediated changes in key immune cell regulatory pathways in the context of HIV infection and evaluate strategies to reverse these changes to treat TB and TB/HIV infection, limit long-term disease associated tissue damage, and/or potentiate vaccine effectiveness.
