Notice of Intent to award a cooperative agreement to the National Academy of Sciences to support for the National Academies Committee on Seismology & Geodynamics (COSG). COSG serves as the focal point for community discussion and community-agency interaction on issues related to the structure, dynamics, and evolution of the Earth.
