The United States Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs, is seeking applications from qualified Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), Educational Institutions, and other qualified organizations for a Grant to implement a program entitled “Mapping Wildlife Trafficking, Illegal Logging, and IUU Fishing.” The authority for this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) is found in the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, as amended.
