For the purpose of placing a high school or college-aged individuals or other qualified person through SCA.The SCA Potomac Heritage Trail Leader Crew will assist staff of Laurel Ridge State Park with site-specific improvements to the Laurel Highland Hiking Trail (LHHT), a segment of the PHT network, over a period of three weeks
