Description

This proposed undertaking would utilize focused ion beam microscopy investigations to provide a more in depth analysis of wildfire effects. Samples of rock coatings will be taken from varied fire settings to identify which fire settings produced the worst fire damage. The results will be used to select panels for the most urgent treatment and to determine appropriate treatment measures.
