Description

The purpose of the Request for Information is to seek information from stakeholders necessary to formulate a program that will culminate in the design, construction, and operation of two large-scale pilots which focus on transformational coal technologies that represent a new way to convert energy to enable a step change in performance, efficiency, and the cost of electricity compared to today's technologies.
