The US Geological Surveyâ¿¿s National Climate Change and Wildlife Science Center (NCCWSC), is offering a funding opportunity to a CESU partner for research to support the project entitled â¿¿Global assessment of inland fisheries production and projected response to climate change.The funding opportunity is being offered to develop a research program to identify novel ways to estimate river fish production on a global scale. The CESU partner will be responsible for developing data-limited production models for river fisheries using non-traditional approaches, projecting fish production estimates with climate change, and managing a global river fisheries database.In support of this project, CESU partner will focus on the data-limited fisheries production models with climate change projections, management of a global inland fisheries database, and dissemination of findings.
