Description
The overall purpose of the Cooperative Agreement is to secure proper data management and obtain data synthesis of long-term aerial seabird colony data (photographs) collected at breeding sites surveyed by USFWS OCNWRC and Washington Maritime National Wildlife Refuge Complex (WMNWRC) along the Oregon and Washington coasts.
