The scope and objective(s) of the program(s) to be funded under the award(s) resulting from this APS includes: leveraging a pilot program, existing research project, or an existing UN global initiative in partnership with an international NGO or UN operational partner.USAID/OFDA’s primary objective will be to improve disaster response operations and corresponding interventions in countries facing chronic vulnerabilities or protracted conflict.
