This announcement is not a request for applications. This announcement is to provide public notice of the National Park Service’s intention to award financial assistance for the following project activities without competition. Specifically A. The HCS agrees to: • Provide subject matter advice in the management and development of leadership programming for teachers and students; • Collaborate on recruitment strategies; • Implement youth training and development programming • Participate in education committee activities; and • Develop education programs using STEM learning objectives to help students connect to the cultural and natural significance of Fort Monroe National Monument.
