Description

BLM has worked closely with various partners, including Maricopa County Parks, the Town of Wickenburg and the Wickenburg Conservation Foundation (WCF) over the past 20 years to develop and maintain a trailhead and historic trail system for outdoor recreation non-motorized and educational opportunities. To date efforts have resulted in a trailhead and staging area affectionately named Sophieâ¿¿s Flat, an approximate 15 mile trail system named the Red Top trail system, and the addition of a Town of Wickenburg Planner, Parks and Recreation Department, and a Trails Commission.
