BLM seeks to foster cooperative relationships to accomplish on-the-ground activities intended to improve the viability of fish, wildlife, and other biotic resources occurring on within Campbell County, Wyoming. Objectives are to maintain and improve the health and trend in plant communities that conserve soil and water, and provide forage, wildlife habitat, habitat for special status species, recreation, scenic, ecological, and scientific benefits for consumptive and nonconsumptive uses.

• Public and State controlled institutions of higher education
• Native American tribal governments (Federally recognized)
• Nonprofits with 501(c)(3) status (other than higher education)
