**NOTICE OF SINGLE SOURCE FUNDING ONLY_ NOT A RFP** Support for Gulf Coast Joint Venture bird habitat conservation partnership spanning the coastal portions of Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama. Three single source awards are anticipated for 1) biological planning support staff (i.e., Biological Team Leader) w/Ducks Unlimited, 2) mottled duck research w/LSU Ag Center, and 3) plover research w/Gulf Coast Bird Observatory.
