Description

With this financial assistance, Chelan County Natural Resource Dept (CCNRD) will complete the large wood procurement and staging for the Entiat River projects. CCNRD will procure and deliver large wood, prepare staging areas including weed treatment and access improvements, secure landowner agreements, obtain all local authorizations, and coordinate efforts with landowners and stakeholders. CCNRD will develop, advertise, award, manage, and administer a helicopter contract tasked with the staging of wood for construction and the implementation of heli-built log jams for the project areas.
