Description
Project Description: Southwest Conservation Corps Ancestral Lands, a program of Conservation Legacy, here in after referred to as SCC, will conduct historic preservation work at three historic structures in Petrified Forest National Park (PEFO), and repair/rehab and erosion work along one half mile of El Morro National Monumentâ¿¿s (ELMO) historic Inscription Loop Trail. The preservation work will consist of repointing masonry walls and stabilizing wall foundations at the historic structures in PEFO. The repair\rehab and erosion control along El Morroâ¿¿s Inscription Loop Trail will include repointing and repairing historic retaining walls, erosion control along trail margins â¿¿ particularly adjacent to Inscription Rock â¿¿ and repair damaged segments of the trail.
