Description

This is a Notice of Intent (NOI) to award a non-competitive Task Agreement under the Piedmont - South Atlantic Coast CESU Cooperative Agreement (Cooperative Ecosystem Studies Unit) Master Cooperative Agreement P13AC00443 in accordance with Department of Interior, 505 Departmental Manual 2.12C. The purpose of this project is to supports on-going work with SER I&M Programs identified in the original agreement and previous modifications, with the addition of: 1) Extending the analysis of CUPN vegetation monitoring data to other networks 2) Consulting on programming in the statistical software program R Please see attached Full Announcement for more information.
