This announcement is to provide public notice of the National Park Service's intention to award financial assistance for the following project activities without competition: Hawaii-Pacific Islands Cooperative Ecosystem Studies Unit Cooperative Agreement P17AC01244 with the University of Hawaii at Hilo for the project titled "Strengthening Coral Reef Conservation Outreach Across the Pacific."
