The National Park Service (NPS), Service Great Smoky Mountains National Park (GRSM) intends to award a Master Cooperative Agreement to Knoxville â¿¿ Knox County Community Action Committee (CAC), for the purpose of a public land conservation partnership. A Master Cooperative Agreement may be issued with broad overall goals, while relying on individual task agreements to meet specific objectives.
