Description

This NOFO will continue supporting the Cambodian National Institute of Public Health (NIPH) in fulfilling its role as a national reference laboratory and a national leader of health systems research and public health professional training and development. These roles are essential for Cambodia to reach and sustain its goal of reaching 90/90/90 by 2020, and virtual elimination of new HIV infections (<300/year) by 2025. NIPH capacity is also critical to achievement of key components of the International Health Regulations (IHRs). Key outcomes of this NOFO include the National Institute of Public Health Laboratory (NIPHL) achieving and maintaining ISO accreditation, completion of country-owned evaluations of HIV/AIDS implementation, and use of results to improve programming, development, and strengthening of an anti-microbial resistance (AMR) surveillance system.
