This announcement is to provide public notice of the National Park Service's intention to award financial assistance for the following project activities without competition: Pacific Northwest Cooperative Ecosystem Studies Unit Cooperative Agreement P17AC01447 with Southern Oregon University for the project titled "Inventory, Monitoring, Education, and Research Partnership between the Klamath Network and Southern Oregon University."
