Description

The project is the Alabama DOC T4C Implementation Initiative. The Scope of Work for this initiative includes the ongoing implementation of the cognitive behavioral program, Thinking for a Change within the Alabama DOC. The awardee will provide technical assistance, guidance and support to Alabama DOC personnel in the continued development and application of a plan that includes the core components of active implementation as it applies to Thinking for a Change. . The anticipated deliverables for this project are: • Provide continued support and coaching to the internal implementation team and trained T4C facilitators • Build capacity for internal agency coaching and fidelity observation tool • Insure Knowledge Transfer • Develop a framework of potential performance measures to determine impact and track agency implementation progress
