THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD TO A SINGLE SOURCE, AND THERE IS NO FULL ANNOUNCEMENT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS NOTICE. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) intends to award a cooperative agreement to the University of Florida for the purpose of contributing data to a larger project to determine which hematological and blood chemistry values can be used as an early warning for declining health of alligators that would indicate a need for management action to improve environmental conditions.
