Characterization of space use of birds utilizing newly-restored riparian buffer habitat.
ArchivedFish and Wildlife Service
Description
The goal of this project is to characterize the spatial relationship between resident or migratory birds, the restored riparian buffer areas in the cantonment area on McConnell AFB, and the adjacent airfield to help us better understand BASH risk as it relates to riparian habitat management off the airfield. Results from this study will inform future habitat management practices.
