This posting is to provide public notice of the NPS' intention to fund the following project activities without full and open competition: Cooperative Agreement P17AC01672 with the Regents of the University of California, Berkeley, a partner under the Californian Cooperative Ecosystem Studies Unit (Cooperative and Joint Venture Agreement P13AC00676), for the project titled, "Black Panther Party Research, Interpretation & Memory Project."
